Northeast Island

This is one of the smaller islands at the northeast end of Sunbeam Lake. It's one island west of a smaller one that you can see to the northwest as you paddle out from the portage from Tree Frog Lake to Sunbeam.

This island has a campsite on it. The rounded rock to the far right of the island has a steep drop-off under the water and is a great place for swimming. There were a quite a few well sized fish living in the crags, but they wouldn't be caught.

Camera: Minolta Vectis GX-4 (APS) ... a waterproof camera which is perfect for wilderness trips.
