The website copy of the petition is limited to four columns. The first column is for one's full name and the second column is for one's municipal/provincial or state location. The third column is for one's email address and the fourth column is for one's phone number. However, one may specify that one's email address and/or phone number be limited to the previously mentioned formal copy only and be indicated as on file on the website copy. This option is to accomodate individuals who wish to be fully involved in any official results of the petition, but who don't wish to have their email address and/or phone number made public on the website. All mailing addresses will be limited to formal copies of the petition that may be forwarded to the government.
