Animal Tracks of Ontario This little gem is a mere "pocket book". But so it should be! Its designed to slip into your backpack or shirt pocket. Within its 160 pages is a detailed accounting of the tracks of sixty of Ontario's most common creatures, including mammals, amphibians, reptiles and birds. It opens with an introductory 'how to read tracks' section. It then gets right down to business with each creature having a two-page spread. On each spread's first page, a typical 'paw-print' is illustrated along with a typical set of 'walking paw-prints' and associated size specs. Each second page includes a detailed ink drawing along with descriptive text and notes on similar species. Author: Ian Sheldon
