9. Long Narrow Pen LakePen Lake flows north into Rock Lake.
Like Rock Lake, Pen Lake isn't "drawn-down" in the winter. As a result, its shorelines retain their natural characteristics of beaches and feeder bays. The photo looks south from half way down the lake.
At its southwest corner, where Galipo River enters, there is a lush feeder bay with a campsite on its south point. |
