Crotch Lake Campsite #11
Landing Topography of under-water approach: Very small gravel beach. Impediments to disembarking from and/or unloading a canoe: Very narrow opening in the shoreline vegetation. Topography to tent sites: Just a couple of "root-steps".
Campsite Campsite maintenance: Regular. Size of open area: 40' x 40' area with overhead tree canopy. Extent of tree cover: Heavily treed all around. Degree of levelness: Quite level, but relatively low to the water. Number of level tent sites: 4 tentsites close to treed perimeter of open area. North exposure: Trees. East exposure: Trees. South exposure: Trees. West exposure: Trees. General description: This is a "pokey-dark" campsite and earned the nick-name of the "Blair Witch" campsite. No scene in any direction. Overall accessibility: Other than tight confines of the landing, its quite "accessible".
