Burntroot Lake Campsite #11
Campsite Location GPS - UTM location (optional): N45° 51.649' W78° 40.160' Landing Topography of under-water approach: Medium sized rocks. Impediments to disembarking from and/or unloading a canoe: A fallen tree severly impedes disembarking from a canoe and leaves very little area to unload gear to. Topography leading to tent sites: Once over the tree, it is a fairly steep but short climb to the site.
Campsite Regular or low-maintenance: Regular Size of open ground area: 10m x 7m. Extent of tree cover: 80%. Degree of levelness: Level, front of site slopes noticeably. Number of tent sites: 3 tent sites. North exposure: Trees. East exposure: Trees. South exposure: Trees. West exposure: View of lake.
General description: An uneven site, however 2 of the tenting areas are quite smooth and flat while the southern tentpad slopes slightly. Overall accessibility: A fallen tree makes initial access to site difficult. A steep uneven climb adds to this accessibility issue.
