Landing

Topography of under-water approach: Sandy landing from the west side.

Impediments to disembarking from and/or unloading a canoe: None.

Topography to tent sites: Coming up from the landing, there is a gradual 1.5 meter elevation leading to the firepit and the main tent site areas. There is room for at least 2 large tents and multiple smaller tents.

Campsite

Campsite maintenance: regular

Size of open area: Open, large, but also occupied by large tree trunks.

Extent of tree cover: Tent sites have moderate coverage, but the surrounding trees make great supports for some tarpentry.

Degree of levelness: Fire pit and tent sites reasonably level.

Number of level tent sites: 3+.

North exposure: Lake.

East exposure: Trees.

South exposure: Forest.

West exposure: Lake.

Looking west towards the landing, not significantly sheltered and not too much of a view ...

General description: Overall a decent sized campsite that is fairly open and moderately exposed. No benches, and no tables, but fairly private.

Overall accessibility: Landing is easy with a few easy steps up to the firepit and tent sites.
