Landing Topography of under-water approach: Shallow waters. Impediments to disembarking from and/or unloading a canoe: Simple enough landing, no major impediments. Topography to tent sites: A couple feet incline, nothing major.
Campsite Campsite maintenance: Regular. Size of open ground area: Minimal. Good sized fire pit area and tent spots, but that’s all there is to the campsite. Extent of tree cover: Dense forest surrounding campsite. Degree of levelness: Slight slope, flat areas for tent-sites, Number of level tent-sites: 1 large, maybe 1-2 smaller. North exposure: Dense forest behind campsite. East exposure: Campsite is covered, but exposed to easterly winds. South exposure: Campsite is covered, but exposed to southerly winds. West exposure: Dense forest.
General description: Small campsite with good fire pit area and tent-sites, but that’s about it. Very average. Not much exposure to the sun, and no rocks/open area to lounge or stargaze. Extremely close to the other campsite and you can see and hear everything very easily. Overall accessibility: Very accessible.
